Joel Quigley

Director

As a Director of QFPC he oversees strategic planning and ensures adherence to safety regulations in the provision of fire prevention services.

Joel brings a decade-long tenure in fire protection services, enriching his capacity as director with invaluable expertise. His credentials include Q-Mark certification for fire door installation and fire stopping. Moreover, his leadership has propelled the company to attain BM Trada accredited status, signifying a commitment to the highest standards of passive fire protection.

Charlotte Quigley

Director

As a Director of QFPC, specialising in project and department management, Charlotte oversees the strategic planning, execution, and coordination of initiatives aimed at enhancing fire safety measures within our community, while ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across all departments.

Charlotte holds a pivotal position within QFPC, using her experience in account and project management to diligently oversee operations, foster robust client relations, and uphold adherence to fire safety regulations. She serves as the steadfast liaison for clientele, drawing upon her extensive expertise to sustain and fortify crucial partnerships.

John Malone

Commercial Manager

As Commercial Manager of QFPC, John looks after the business aspects, including client acquisition, project pricing, and contract negotiation, ensuring efficient operations and fostering client relationships while prioritising fire safety solutions.

John is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in developing compliance solutions, supported by more than twenty years of experience spanning various sectors, including public, RSL, and private industries. His comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges faced by these sectors is augmented by his tenure in non-executive board positions within the housing association industry.

In addition to his professional commitments, John finds fulfilment in outdoor activities, particularly cycling, and values the importance of quality time spent with his family.

Fiona Johnstone

Administration and Compliance Manager

As Administration and Compliance Manager at QFPC, Fiona administers office procedures, regulatory compliance, scheduling, and departmental communication to support the company’s mission of fire safety.

Fiona brings a significant depth of experience in administration and management to our team, having joined us in 2023. Applying her expertise as a certified internal auditor, Fiona upholds the rigorous standards of our office systems and accreditations, thereby contributing to the overall excellence of our organisation.

Laura Prioletti

Fire Door Inspector

Managing our fire door inspections, Laura collaborates closely with property owners and stakeholders to ensure adherence to Building Regulations and the Fire Safety Order.

Laura draws on her extensive experience in account and event management, bringing not only impeccable organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, but also a strong commitment to providing first-rate service and ensuring the safety and compliance of all parties involved.

Michael Carrick

Senior Carpenter

As a Senior Carpenter for QFPC, Michael oversees the implementation of fire safety measures, he also provides mentorship and guidance to junior carpenters, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety compliance.

Michael, with extensive carpentry experience, transitioned to fire protection in 2016. Since then, he has undergone specialised training according to BM TRADA specifications, equipping him with the necessary knowledge and techniques to ensure optimal fire safety measures. Being a carpenter by trade, Michael has been able to transfer his skills to better specialise in the precise installation and upkeep of fire doors. His dedication to quality and focus on fire resistance enhance safety standards while maintaining structural integrity.

Adam Jukes

Carpenter

Having completed his Modern Apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery, Adam took part in a comprehensive four-year program delivered through a collaborative effort between the student, employer, and training provider. This structured apprenticeship entails achieving an SVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery, a PDA in Carpentry and Joinery, and mastering Core Skills.

Adam fulfilled this training in Glasgow under the mentorship of our director Joel. Additionally, he has already obtained Level 3 certification in both Bench Joinery and Carpentry, demonstrating his commitment and expertise in the field.

Steven McGloan

Joiner and Fire Stopper

Specialising in joinery, Steven is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the field. His expertise encompasses a diverse range of skills, with a notable focus on fire door installation and maintenance, as well as proficiency in fire stopping protocols.

Steven’s dedication to his craft is evident in his meticulous approach to every project he undertakes. Since joining our team in 2023, he has seamlessly become part of the team, contributing his wealth of knowledge and expertise to our collective success.

Beyond his professional commitments, Steven is an avid golfer, often found sharpening his skills on the green during his leisure time. This dedication to both his professional and personal pursuits exemplifies Steven’s commitment to excellence in all aspects of his life.

Kieran Patton

Adult Apprentice

Currently advancing through his final year of training, Kieran showcases a comprehensive understanding of our operations, adeptly navigating all facets of our business. His proficiency extends notably to Fire Door Installation and Maintenance, alongside expertise in Fire Stopping protocols.

Kieran joined our team in 2021 and quickly became part of our team through our esteemed Kickstart programme. His constant commitment has significantly increased our operational effectiveness. He regularly demonstrates professionalism and efficiency in his endeavours.
